Booking & Shipment Process

Booking cargo with us is a simple physical process to ensure smooth handling and secure transportation. Customers can book their shipments at either Yeti Cargo Counter for hassle-free processing or Yeti Cargo Counter at the airport for urgent shipments.

To ensure the safety of shipments during transit:

• Items must be properly packed to prevent damage, tearing or breakage.
• Use strong packaging materials like cartons, wooden crates or bubble wrap for fragile items.
• Ensure secure sealing to avoid spillage or loss of contents.
• Sender and consignee details must be clearly labeled on the outer packaging, including full name, address and contact number.
• Fragile and bulk tags will also be provided in the cargo counter.

Cargo Rates & Weight Limitations

We offer affordable cargo rates across our domestic network, ensuring cost-effective and efficient transportation.

A cargo item weighing more than 25 kilograms is categorized as bulk cargo and will be charged accordingly. For items exceeding this limit can also be split into multiple packages (if possible) by following proper packaging guidelines.
